Service providers
Ease may use a contracted AI API provider to process an action. Provider and configuration choices can change as the service evolves. Applicable provider processing, geographic transfer, and retention terms are evaluated as part of the service configuration.

User control
AI analysis is an explicit feature action. If you do not want report context sent to the configured model provider, do not run AI Analysis or Explain this forecast. Deterministic reporting and forecasting remain separate capabilities.
Privacy and retention
AI action requests and results may be associated with operational metadata such as actor, run identifier, status, timing, model configuration, and usage. Retention depends on operational, account, security, and legal requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
