Effective: July 13, 2026
1. Trial
Eligible users may receive a 14-day trial without providing a payment method. A trial is an Ease entitlement, not a Stripe subscription, and does not automatically convert into a paid plan.
Trial eligibility, duration, features, and quotas may be limited to one trial per person, organization, domain, workspace, or other principal. We may refuse, shorten, or end a trial where there is abuse, duplication, fraud, or policy violation.
2. Paid subscriptions
A paid subscription begins only after a user intentionally completes Stripe Checkout and the payment or subscription state is confirmed to Ease. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Pricing, currency, billing interval, tax, and payable amount shown in Stripe Checkout control the transaction. Plan & Usage shows the access state recognized by Ease.
3. Payment, invoices, and taxes
Stripe processes payment credentials and may make invoices or receipts available. You authorize Stripe and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and disclosed adjustments.
Published prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for accurate billing and tax information. Currency conversion or bank fees imposed by third parties are your responsibility.
4. Cancellation and plan changes
You can normally manage or cancel a self-service subscription from Plan & Usage, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Unless checkout, the portal, or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until that date.
Deleting the add-on, disconnecting a source, or deleting a spreadsheet does not itself cancel a paid subscription. Managed Team arrangements may require contacting support so ownership and workspace access can be handled correctly.
5. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a request based on service failure, duplicate billing, or another documented circumstance. Approval is not guaranteed.
To request review, contact support promptly with the account email, invoice or payment reference, billing date, and reason. Do not send full card details.
6. Failed payments and grace access
Stripe may retry failed payments. Ease may apply a temporary grace state while payment is retried, but is not required to do so. Access may be limited, downgraded, or suspended when payment remains unpaid, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent.
Restoring payment does not guarantee recovery of expired artifacts or schedules that were removed under the retention policy.
7. Price and policy changes
We may change plans, quotas, or prices. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect, with the notice required by law. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
