Email from the Google account associated with Ease. State whether you want specific connection data, reporting artifacts, or the complete Ease account data deleted.
We may ask for limited information needed to confirm identity, authority, scope, and applicable legal exceptions before deletion is performed.

Subject to verification and applicable law, deletion may include stored connection credentials, reporting metadata, saved configurations, generated artifacts, AI analysis records, trial and entitlement records, and profile information associated with the request.
Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit, or legal obligations. Records may also remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten under the backup lifecycle.
Deletion from Ease does not delete copies already written to spreadsheets, exported by users, stored by connected source providers, or retained by Stripe under its independent obligations.
Verified requests are processed within the period required by applicable law. Complex, disputed, organizational, or legally restricted requests may require clarification. We will confirm completion or explain any applicable restriction using the verified contact channel.
