1. Agreement and provider
Ease is provided by AnalyticaHouse (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, AI Data Use page, plan details shown in Ease or at checkout, and any written order or addendum agreed with you.
If a written enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the covered services and organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to agree and use Ease for lawful business or professional purposes. You are responsible for your Google account, connected-source accounts, authorized users, spreadsheet permissions, accurate registration and billing information, and all activity under your access.
Do not share credentials or bypass identity, license, entitlement, or quota controls. Notify us promptly if access may be compromised. Organizational administrators may control installation, account scope, and access under their own policies.
3. The service
Ease can connect supported marketing and analytics sources, retrieve selected data, write reports to Google Sheets, schedule refreshes, create deterministic forecasts and cost reports, and provide optional AI analysis. Features, connectors, limits, and availability may differ by plan, provider, region, account type, or rollout stage.
Third-party APIs can change, delay, restrict, correct, or stop providing data. We may modify or discontinue a connector or feature where needed for security, compliance, provider changes, reliability, or product development. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes where reasonably possible or legally required.
4. Reports and source data
Report accuracy depends on source availability, authorization, account configuration, selected fields and dates, attribution rules, currency, time zone, transformations, and source-provider behavior. You are responsible for reviewing report configuration and reconciling material decisions with the relevant source system.
Ease is a reporting and analysis tool, not accounting, investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Output should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
5. Forecasts and AI features
Forecast Builder uses deterministic rules and inputs to produce a repeatable calculation, but any forecast remains an estimate and cannot guarantee future performance.
AI Analysis and Explain this forecast produce interpretive, probabilistic content through an API-based model provider. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or misleading. It does not replace the deterministic result, professional judgment, or source-system verification. You are responsible for reviewing output before use or distribution.
You must not use AI features to make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals unless you independently satisfy all applicable requirements and have a separate written agreement permitting that use.
6. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
An eligible 14-day trial does not require a card and does not automatically become paid. A subscription begins only when you intentionally complete checkout and Ease confirms entitlement. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Pricing, taxes, payment, renewals, cancellation timing, failed payments, and refunds are governed by the Billing Policy and terms shown at Stripe Checkout. Deleting the add-on or a spreadsheet does not cancel a subscription.
7. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help another person to:
- Use Ease or connected data unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in violation of third-party terms or rights.
- Access accounts, data, workspaces, or systems without authorization; probe or defeat security; or interfere with service operation.
- Evade quota, billing, trial, entitlement, or technical restrictions, including through duplicate identities or automated abuse.
- Upload malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected interfaces, or use unsupported automation.
- Reverse engineer or copy protected service components except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use output to violate privacy, discrimination, consumer-protection, employment, credit, insurance, or other applicable laws.
8. Your data and permissions
You retain rights in data, configurations, and spreadsheet content you provide or lawfully connect (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and create technical derivatives of Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce this agreement.
You represent that you have all permissions and lawful bases required to provide Customer Data and direct its processing, including for connected sources, organizational users, and optional AI actions. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors retain all rights in Ease, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, systems, and service-generated materials other than Customer Data. These Terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Ease during the authorized period.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Ease at any time and must cancel a paid subscription separately. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, provider restriction, material breach, abuse, fraud, or harm to the service or others.
On termination, access rights end and scheduled processing may stop. Data may be deleted according to our retention practices, though some records may remain for billing, security, legal, backup, and dispute purposes. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ease is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant third-party services, source accuracy, future forecast outcomes, or AI-generated content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Ease, even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Ease during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a free or trial service, the aggregate cap is USD 100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, unlawful or unauthorized use, violation of third-party rights or provider terms, or material breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may not settle a claim imposing admission or obligation on us without consent.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law requires another forum, courts and enforcement offices located in Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms for product, legal, security, provider, or commercial changes. Material changes will be communicated as required. If you do not agree, stop using Ease and cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder remains effective.
