Welcome to Ease, a Google Sheets™ add-on developed by Analytica House. By installing, accessing, or using Ease (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Ease is a Google Sheets add-on that streamlines the process of fetching, analyzing, and automating data from various advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics™, Google Ads™, Facebook Ads®, TikTok Ads, and Criteo) directly into Google Sheets. The Service may also include additional tools and features to help organize, filter, and manage your data.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use Ease. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to abide by all obligations set forth herein.
a. Google Account: You must have a valid Google Account and appropriate permissions to install and run add-ons in Google Sheets.
b. Third-Party Integrations: Certain features of Ease require OAuth authorization for third-party services (Google Analytics™, Google Ads™, Facebook Ads®, TikTok Ads, etc.). By granting authorization, you permit Ease to access and process your data solely as required to provide the Service. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings or via the respective third-party application’s security settings.
a. License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Analytica House grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ease solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. Restrictions: You agree not to (i) copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service; (ii) reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (iii) use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; or (iv) interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to Ease.
a. Data Collection: Ease processes only the data you explicitly authorize through OAuth (or other approved mechanisms) to fetch from third-party platforms. Analytica House may collect certain usage data to improve service quality and functionality.
b. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Ease, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
When you connect Facebook Ads®, Ease requests the ads_read permission exclusively to retrieve read-only advertising performance metrics and metadata. Ease does not create, edit, or delete ads, and does not permanently store Facebook Ads® data on its servers. All Facebook® data stays in your spreadsheet session. You may revoke access at any time via the Ease sidebar or your Facebook® account settings.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to any software, graphics, and logos, belong to Analytica House or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, no other license or right is granted to you, and all such rights are hereby expressly reserved.
The Service may contain links to or enable data retrieval from third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”). Analytica House does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any Third-Party Services. You acknowledge and agree that any use of Third-Party Services is governed solely by those third parties’ terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. Analytica House does not guarantee that Ease will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analytica House and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (iii) any other matter relating to the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Analytica House and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
Analytica House may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Analytica House’s business interests. You may also stop using the Service or remove the add-on at any time. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable law. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
